This course for advanced IC users provides an intensive one-day training session in column selection, eluent systems and sample preparation based on a solid foundation of ion chromatographic theory. Classroom lecture and discussion will be used to inculcate column chemistries and gradient separations with an emphasis on anion analytes (including organic acids). Course duration: one day.

• Suppressor theory, operation, and troubleshooting
• Detector operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• General system troubleshooting

Who Should Attend:

Experienced IC operators wanting to gain a better understanding of IonPac columns and the separation principles used in ion chromatography. Prior knowledge of instrument operation is preferred for this advanced course.
