Each three day course will cover basic and intermediate training in the operation, maintenance and method development for accelerated solid-phase extraction. The first two days will cover ASE^® operational training and the last day will focus on the new AutoTrace^® instrument. Customers may choose to sign up for the entire three day course or for the ASE and AutoTrace portions separately.

The course begins with brief classwork that includes: extraction theory, comparative techniques, and ASE/AutoTrace applications. The course then proceeds to the lab for work with the ASE 150, ASE 350 and AutoTrace 280 instruments. A majority of the course is spent in front of the instruments running samples, developing methods, learning basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and service procedures. This course is designed for the beginner through the intermediate users and operators.
