Ion Chromatography Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Course Outline

The maintenance and troubleshooting courses will assist those undertaking basic maintenance of their ion chromatography systems. The courses cover front line hardware maintenance, column care and assist the operator in developing troubleshooting skills.

Courses are grouped to maximise the best utilization for the customer on their particular product line.

Who Should Attend?

These courses would suit users who have attended the New Operator Courses or who are confident in the use of Dionex ion chromatography system and wish to carry out front line maintenance.

ICS-90, ICS-900, ICS-1000, ICS-1100, ICS-1500, ICS-1600, ICS-2000, ICS-2100, ICS-2500, ICS-3000

All course prices include lunch and refreshments during the day (9:00 am - 4:30 pm) as well as stationary and the course manual. A course certificate will be provided on completion.

Prices do not include accommodation or travel.

Discounts are available for bundled courses or additional people to be registered.

Please note that customers with a Comprehensive contract are entitled to a free “Introductory” or “New Operator” training course.

Your trainers for these courses are technical engineers and chemists who are able to pass on knowledge gained from many years of experience and share with you the latest operational procedure for all Dionex systems.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation will carry a surcharge. Courses are run with small numbers for maximum effect. Cancellation/transfers within
4-3 weeks of the course date will incur a charge of 20% of the course fee, 2 weeks prior 50% of the course fee, and 1 week prior 100% of the course fee.

  • Travel arrangements should be made upon receipt of confirmation only.
  • Dionex is not responsible for reimbursement of nonrefundable tickets as a result of class cancellation by Dionex.
  • Acceptance of the registration for this course indicates that Dionex will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or losses incurred during the training or while travelling for this course.
  • Cancellation of an onsite course will incur a charge of £ 350.
