All course prices include lunch and refreshments during the day (9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) as well as stationery and a copy of the course manual. A course certificate will be provided on completion.
Prices do not include accommodation or travel.
Discounts are available for bundled courses or additional people to be registered.
Please note that customers with a Comprehensive contract are entitled to a free Introductory or New Operator training course.
Trainers
Your trainers for all courses will be technical engineers and chemists who can share their knowledge gained from many years of experience, along with the latest operational procedures for all Dionex systems.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will carry a surcharge. Courses are run with small numbers for maximum effect. Cancellation/transfers within
4-3 weeks of the course date will incur a charge of 20% of the course fee, cancellation 2 weeks prior will incur a 50% charge, and cancellation 1 week prior will incur 100% of the course fee.
- Travel arrangements should be made upon receipt of confirmation only.
- Dionex is not responsible for reimbursement of nonrefundable tickets as a result of class cancellation by Dionex.
- Acceptance of the registration for this course indicates that Dionex will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or losses incurred during the training or while travelling for this course.
- Cancellation of an onsite course will incur a charge of £350.
