Dionex offers ASE® system parts and accessories to maintain high productivity in sample extraction. These parts and accessories are designed and manufactured to meet the unique specifications of ASE instrumentation and meet the quality requirements of modern analytical laboratories.
Dionex offers products that can be added to the extraction cell to remove moisture, disperse the sample matrix, and neutralize mineral acids.
Filters and thimbles for extraction cells are used when extracting complex matrices, to prevent plugging and maximize separation of the solvent extract.
Collection vessels for the ASE® systems are available in 40, 60, and 250 mL volumes. Collection vials and bottles come with caps and solvent resistant (TFE) septa.
In-Cell Cleanup
ASE® systems are designed to combine important sample prep tasks such as extraction, filtration, and cleanup to streamline the sample preparation process. Flow-through extraction allows absorbents to be added directly to the ASE extraction cell to remove interferences, for one-step extraction and cleanup.

- May eliminate GPC or other post-extraction cleanup steps.
- Reduces process time by performing cleanup and extraction simultaneously.
- Increases total sample preparation throughout—not just the number of samples extracted.
