The Basic Automated LC system is a modular system optimized for reliability and ease-of-use with routine LC applications. Typically configured with the ISO-3100SD Isocratic Analytical Pump or the LPG-3400SD Quaternary Analytical Pump, the system easily handles conventional HPLC and also provides cost-effective access to UHPLC at up to 62 MPa (9000 psi). The heart of this system is the ACC-3000 Autosampler Column Compartment, a combined autosampler and column compartment, for cost-conscious automation and the best available value for your budget.
- Excellent retention time and gradient precision due to SmartFlow® technology
- Pulled-loop injection principle (full- and partial-loop injections)
- Fast and stable column thermostatting between 5 °C above ambient and 50 °C
- High detection sensitivity with low detector noise and drift
- Robust, dependable performance at low cost of ownership

Performance Examples
UltiMate® 3000 HPLC systems deliver improvements in HPLC performance while ensuring easy, reliable operation. The UltiMate 3000 series operates over a wide range of flow rates, including preparative, analytical, micro, and nano/capillary scales, supporting applications such as discovery processes, quality control, and advanced research like proteomics.
Rapid Separation LC offers the highest flow-pressure range to meet your chromatographic goals whatever the may be. Developing separations in seconds rather than in minutes requires a system that provides excellent precision, speed, and performance. Use the RSLC Method Transfer Calculator for quick and easy conversion of conventional HPLC to UHPLC methods.
The following LC modules and accessories represent a typical UltiMate 3000 Basic Automated system configuration. Due to its modular setup, the system can be upgraded easily by adding or exchanging LC modules.
