Recommended Use

The DGP-3600RS pump is the first pump that combines the ultrahigh-speed and resolution of UltiMate 3000 RS systems with advanced chromatographic techniques such as parallel, tandem, and 2-dimensional LC. Use the pump to operate conventional or ultrahigh-speed applications, increase sample throughput, achieve higher chromatographic resolutions, or automate sample preparation steps such as analyte enrichment or matrix elimination. It is standard within the UltiMate 3000 RS Dual Systems.

Simple Method Transfer

UltiMate 3000 Standard SD and Rapid Separation RS pumps and system configurations provide similar gradient delay and extra-column volumes. This simplifies the method transfer between method development labs, commonly using UHPLC pumps and QC and production labs with their standard LC pump setups.

Features

  • Continuous direct flow provides uninterrupted runs
  • Accurate flow delivery from 20nL/min. up to 50μL/min. at pressures up to 80MPa (11,600 psi, 800 bar)
  • Small gradient delay volume of only 25nL
  • Stainless-steel-free biocompatible flow path
  • Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ nanoViper™ fingertight fitting system provides zero dead volume connections
