The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate™ 3000 Dual-Gradient Nano/Cap/Micro Pump is equipped with the DGP-3600M(B) Dual-Gradient Micro Pump and a FLM-3x00(B) Nano/Cap/Micro Flow Manager. It provides two independent ternary low-pressure gradients; the UltiFlow™ eluent delivery system allows flow rates down to 50 nL/min.
- Serial dual-piston operating principle, low-pressure gradient proportioning; active flow splitting and flow control
- Wide operating flow rate range from 50 nL/min up to 160 µL/min. The pump can also be configured to deliver a standard LC flow rate of up to 2500 µL/min
- Two ternary Rapid Separation pumps in a single instrument enclosure
- UltiFlow technology for constant flow independent of eluent composition and backpressure
- Superior gradient accuracy and precision
- Supports use of up to four solvents for gradient applications
- Active rear-seal wash for maximum seal lifetime
- Biocompatible option
- Easy control of x2 dual systems with Chromeleon™ software including control of two gradients in parallel
The Dual-Gradient Nano/Cap/Micro Pump is used primarily for bioanalytical studies such as MS-based proteomics. It enables preconcentration, on-line and off-line multidimensional LC applications, and complex proteomic workflows, such as protein prefractionation, protein/peptide separation, and peptide mapping. It is an essential part of the Proteomics MDLC system.
Performance Examples
UltiMate® 3000 HPLC systems deliver improvements in HPLC performance while ensuring easy, reliable operation. The UltiMate 3000 series operates over a wide range of flow rates, including preparative, analytical, micro, and nano/capillary scales, supporting applications such as discovery processes, quality control, and advanced research like proteomics.
Rapid Separation LC offers the highest flow-pressure range to meet your chromatographic goals whatever the may be. Developing separations in seconds rather than in minutes requires a system that provides excellent precision, speed, and performance. Use the RSLC Method Transfer Calculator for quick and easy conversion of conventional HPLC to UHPLC methods.
