LC Flow Managers

The UltiMate® 3000 Flow Manager FLM-3000 series features the UltiFlow eluent delivery system for nano, capillary, and micro flow rates. It integrates column thermostatting and includes up to two low-dispersion switching valves for automated sample preparation and multidimensional LC applications.

The FLM, in combination with a Quaternary or Dual-Gradient Micro Pump, provides accurate and precise gradient formation, short gradient delay times, and smooth baselines. The pump integrates proportioning and mixing of up to three eluents at flow rates of 50 to 1000 μL while the UltiFlow eluent delivery system splits the flow to nano, capillary, or micro flow rates.

Flow Manager with Two 2P-10P Valves

The UltiMate 3000 Flow Manager FLM-3100 includes two 2-position 10-port switching valves, which enable 2D-LC Salt Plug and Off-line 2D-LC.

Flow Manager with 2P-10P/2P-6P Valve

The UltiMate 3000 Flow Manager FLM-3200 includes a 2-position 10-port micro and a 2-position 6-port nano switching valve, which enable Parallel LC (in combination with FLM-3300).

Flow Manager with 2P-10P Valve

The UltiMate 3000 Flow Manager FLM-3300 includes a two-position 10-port switching valve that enables preconcentration, comprehensive 2-D LC (when used with an additional FLM‑3300), and parallel LC (when used with an FLM-3200).
