Soy Isoflavones in Soy Extracts

Soy isoflavones represent a class of chemicals known as phytochemicals. Natural compounds found in fruit and vegetables, they are neither vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, nor minerals. While they are not considered nutrients, they do help in maintaining overall health and they may protect us from diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
