Simultaneous injection facilitates the concurrent injection of a sample or standard onto two analytical systems running unique or similar applications.  With and ICS-3000, you can also use Sequential injection for minimal samples or to loop sample loops separately. Either technique improves efficiency by controlling two independent IC systems with one autosampler, allowing different applications to be run, or doubling the throughput in one application. Simultaneous injection speeds sample times, increases sample throughput, and eliminates errors associated with multiple operators and sampling locations.  Sequential injection allows sample overlap between injections.

Free up your schedule and lab time with automated sample loading for your IC. The AS40 Autosampler is a low-cost, metal-free, sample loading device designed for ion chromatography applications. The AS40 is designed to work with the injector valve housed in the ICS-3000, ICS-2000, ICS-1500, ICS-1000, and ICS-90 Chromatography modules.

The AS40 holds up to 11 cassettes of either six 5-mL vials or eight 0.5-mL vials. Each sample is filtered during loading through a 20-µm filter in the vial cap, so you don't need to prefilter your samples. Samples can be loaded against backpressures up to 690 kPa (100 psi) without an external sampling pump, thus facilitating preconcentration work.
