Application Note 99: Peptide Mapping of Ovalbumin Using Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Prediction of Phosphopeptide Elution describes a method to reduce, alkylate, and enzymatically digest ovalbumin into peptides using trypsin, and then separate them on the Acclaim 300 column. The stable bonding of the Acclaim 300 columns results in predictable reversed-phase separations with minimal secondary interactions and makes them compatible with LC/MS applications.
