New Acclaim Mixed-Mode WCX-1 Column

Acclaim® Mixed-Mode WCX-1 columns are a novel, high-efficiency, silica-based columns specially designed for separating various basic analytes.  This new packing material features a combination of both reversed-phase (RP) and weak cation-exchange liquid chromatography (WCX) properties. This new column provides total control of selectivity and high flexibility for method development.

Acclaim Mixed-Mode HILIC-1 Columns

Acclaim® Mixed-Mode HILIC -1 columns are packed with a new silica based stationary phase that incorporates both reversed-phase (RP) and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) properties. Now simultaneous separation of polar and nonpolar molecules can easily be achieved.

Acclaim OA Silica-Based Columns for the Separation of Organic Acids

Acclaim® Organic Acid (OA) columns are recommended for the quality assurance of foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. The Acclaim OA columns are reversed-phase silica columns use-tested for the separation of hydrophilic, aliphatic, and aromatic organic acids at low pH with UV detection. The Acclaim OA uses a patented polar-embedded group that allows a broad range of operating conditions including 100% aqueous mobile phases.

Acclaim Surfactant Column for separating all classes of Surfactants

The Acclaim Surfactant column is an extremely versatile column developed for separating a wide range of surfactants, with exceptional peak shape. This column is compatible with mobile phases used for a wide range of detectors, from UV to mass spectrometry (MS), to evaporative light scattering detection (ELSD). The Acclaim Surfactant column is the only commercially available column developed specifically for the separation of all classes of surfactant.

Acclaim Explosives Columns — A Total Solution for EPA Method 8330

The Acclaim Explosives columns are silica-based HPLC columns for complete separation of all 14 explosives targeted by EPA Method 8330.  The Acclaim Explosives E1 column is recommended for the primary analysis, and provides baseline resolution of all 14 target explosives.  The Acclaim E2 also provides baseline resolution of all 14 target compounds with selectivity that is complementary to conventional C18 columns, and is recommended for the confirmatory analysis.

Acclaim Mixed-Mode WAX-1 Columns: A simple solution to difficult separations

Acclaim® Mixed-Mode WAX columns are packed with a new silica based stationary phase that incorporates both hydrophobic and weak anion-exchange properties. Now simultaneous separation of acids, bases, and neutral molecules can easily be achieved, as well as controlled specific selectivity changes by adjusting the mobile phase.

OmniPac Columns

When neither reversed-phase chromatography nor ion-exchange chromatography give you the separation you need, it may be time to try the OmniPac® columns or Acclaim Mixed-Mode columns. Both combine ion-exchange and reversed-phase characteristics in a single column and thus provide extra separation strength for samples capable of interacting with both mechanisms. The OmniPac columns are polymeric based and available in both anion- and cation-exchange formats. The Acclaim Mixed-Mode columns are silica based and are available in both anion and HILIC formats.
