The IonPac® AS14A anion-exchange column is the recommended carbonate-based column for fast analysis of the common inorganic anions in diverse sample matrices. The AS14A column meets the performance requirements specified in U.S. EPA Method 300.0 (A). - Use the 3 × 150 mm AS14A-5µm format for high-efficiency and fast analysis (8 min). The new smaller-diameter resin technology provides faster analysis time, reduced eluent consumption, and increased sensitivity.
- Use the 4 × 250 mm AS14A-7µm for high-capacity applications (13-min run time).
- Improved peak shape, efficiency, and pH stability.
- Meets or exceeds U.S. EPA Method 300.0 (A) performance requirements.
- Suitable for use with the EG40 or EG50 Eluent Generator; can separate early eluting components such as fluoride, formate, glycolate, and lactate using a hydroxide gradient.
The IonPac AS14A is a high-capacity, carbonate-based, anion-exchange column designed for the fast, isocratic separation of inorganic anions, including fluoride, chloride, nitrite, bromide, nitrate, phosphate, and sulfate, using a carbonate/bicarbonate eluent coupled with suppressed conductivity detection. The inorganic anions can easily be determined in drinking water, wastewater, foods and beverages, scrubber solutions, and other diverse sample matrices. For simplified operation use the AS14A Eluent Concentrate and the Combined Seven Anion Standard. Use the Atlas® Anion Electrolytic Suppressor (AAES®) with the AS14A column for low-noise operation. |
