Contamination-Free IC with Inert Material Throughout the Fluidic Flow Path

Dionex has produced complete polymeric systems constructed of PEEK materials for more than 25 years. Metal-free materials prevent the acid and base mobile phases traditionally used in IC analysis from contaminating and corroding the system. The PEEK material used provides a chemically inert pump and system flow path compatible with aqueous eluents of pH 0–14. Maintaining your system is simplified with materials that do not promote problems in the system. You can expect lower maintenance cost with the use of factory-equipped piston seal wash. This standard feature protects the dual-piston pumping system between routine maintenance cycles by rinsing the pistons and rear seals continuously with DI water. The PEEK tubing used to plumb the system is easy to use and cut for fast replacement or plumbing flexibility.
