| The Binary Rapid Separation Pump is the heart of the UltiMate® 3000 Rapid Separation LC System. The pump is designed to operate at ultrahigh backpressures and high flow rates simultaneously. This unique combination lets you reach a new level of sample throughput and provides you with results instantly. Achieve the highest separation efficiency in combination with long, small bore sub-2 µm columns, or use with conventional LC columns: The RS pump is the most flexible UHPLC pump available. Accurate, precise retention times thanks to the highest gradient and flow precision with binary high-pressure gradient mixing. Supports a flow rate range from 100 µL/min to 5 mL/min, pressures up to 800 bar (11,600 psi), with a flow accuracy of ±0.1% (at 1 mL/min). SmartFlowTM technology ensures pulse-free eluent delivery with excellent flow rate precision and gradient proportioning precision without a pulse damper Active rear-seal wash and floating pistons for maximum seal life time and reduced instrument downtime. Perfectly balance gradient delay volume against mobile phase mixing efficiency. Use the 100 µL configuration for micro, the 200 µL configuration for semi-micro, and the 400 µL configuration for analytical applications. Easily increase the mixing volume for poorly miscible eluents. Optional solvent selection valves support up to 4 different mobile phases.
