Analytical Autosampler

The Analytical Autosampler is an essential component of any Ultimate®  3000 HPLC Analytical System and performs rapid, accurate, and precise injections without carryover between sample injections. The Analytical Autosampler uses an in-line, split-loop injection principle where the needle and sample loop are integral parts of the high pressure fluidic path to ensure 100% transfer of the sample volume. The Ultimate 3000 Analytical Autosamplers are ideally suited for routine analysis in pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and environmental laboratories, and are available in a standard and thermostatted version.

  • Robust, dependable performance with low operating and maintenance costs
  • Peak area precision is typically < 0.15% RSD for 5 μL injections [more
  • Combination of a high-precision drive mechanism and the in-line, split-loop injection principle routinely delivers injector linearity values of r2>0.9999 for 5–90 μL [more
  • Volumetric accuracy better than ±0.5% for 20, 50, and 90 μL injections guarantees consistent results [more
  • Supports an injection volume range from 1 to 100 μL suitable for most applications, but can be extended to 2500 μL for added flexibility
  • Well plate compatible sample trays paired with low injection cycle times (< 15 s for 5 μL) support high throughput applications [more
