| The UltiMate® 3000 LPG-3400M quaternary micropump allows for the accurate and precise delivery of quaternary gradients with a flow range of 50 nL/min–2.5 mL/min. Up to four solvents can be used for gradient applications. Ruggedness and reliability are ensured with an active rear-seal wash system and continuous monitoring of piston seal tightness. The LPG-3400M micropump incorporates a low-volume, chemically inert degasser. Teflon® AF metal-free degassing membranes, with a degasser volume of 670 µL, ensure the highest degassing efficiency and the fastest degassing system equilibration times. The UltiMate 3000 nano, cap, and micro systems use an integrated active flow splitting system: UltiFlowTM technology (patented). This innovative technology preserves a constant flow, independent of solvent composition, and column backpressures. This innovation significantly improves the reproducibility of gradients and flow accuracy as compared to passive flow splitting approaches. Pre-split gradient formation offers various advantages over splitless nanoflow gradients. Mixing is more homogeneous, and gradient delay is minimized. Even using lowest flow rates, fast changes to the gradient profiles are possible. - Wide flow rate range: 50 nL/min up to 2.5 mL/min
- Active rear-seal wash system for increased pump uptime
- Superior gradient accuracy
- Low stroke volume of 20 µL
- Biocompatible option
